What are your rights regarding the privacy of your personal data (GDPR)?

Subject to certain applicable legal provisions, the child or the parent are guaranteed a number of rights regarding the processing of personal data:

  • The right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, access to that data and the corresponding information;
  • The right to rectification of any incorrect or incomplete personal data;
  • The right to erasure of personal data ("the right to be forgotten") where the User withdraws consent, the processing is no longer necessary, or the processing is contrary to the law;
  • The right to restriction of processing if the parent contests the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim, or if the parent has objected to the processing, for the period during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the controller override those of the data subject;
  • The right to data portability in order to provide the initial services in an identical manner, even if changes occur at the level of operators or other specific types of services;
  • The right to object, on well-founded and legitimate grounds relating to the particular situation of the child or the parent, to the processing of data concerning them, except where legal provisions state otherwise. In case of justified objection, the processing may no longer concern the data in question;
  • The right not to be subject to an automated individual decision-making process and to obtain the withdrawal, cancellation or re-evaluation of any decision that produces legal effects on the child or the parent;
  • The right to apply to the courts to defend any rights guaranteed by law that have been infringed.

In accordance with data protection legislation, the response time is 30 days.

We reserve the right not to respond to manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated requests.

How do we use your data?

No direct information about you, as a visitor to the website www.proinitiative.ro or as a user of a web or mobile application developed and published by our Association, is used internally or exposed to a third party.

Other data, such as analytics statistics (Google Analytics), is general data that cannot be directly linked to visitors / users.
